About Mbabane Motors

Mbabane Motors is owned by Swazi citizens, Mr Jody Foss and Mr Brett Foss, and has been trading since 1955 under the reliable name of General Motors. The business employs just three expatriates, a number that has been reduced in recent years due to concerted effort at empowering Swaziland resident employees.

Mbabane Motors has grown steadily over the years and now employs over 120 people in two branches. The state of the art facility in Mbabane is regarded as a showpiece for GM Dealerships and the facility in Manzini is currently being upgraded. A workshop dedicated to servicing and repairing heavy commercial vehicles was constructed in Mbabane in 1990.

Training of staff is an integral part of why Mbabane Motors has grown so steadily. With more than E300 000 invested in technical and customer care training annually.

Mbabane Motors trades under the reliable name of General Motors South Africa, who placed first in Southern Africa amongst all manufacturers in terms of Parts, Accessories and Customer Satisfaction.
